Working theory:

when product is flowing through the adjustable valve, the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes ( φ =0.01 - 2 μm, average φ ≤ 1 μm) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersion could be produced. Through homogenizing the stablity, easy-absorb, long-life, taste and color etc. of product could be realized. Manual Operating Homogenizer:

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer:

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer:

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

Large Capacity Homogenizer:

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

Laboratory Homogenizer:

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa

Minimum Sample Volume: 200ml
